In January 2016, All Service Plastic Molding installed a High Performance, 3D Production System. It is known as the Stratasys Fortus 450 MC 3D Printer. Its capabilities include the ability to work with complex geometries, allow the opportunity for advanced prototyping, design and produce complex tools and fixtures as well as low volume production parts. The 450MC has a large build envelope (16″ x 14″ x 16″) ideal for mid-size parts and can run some of the most advanced FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) thermoplastics which builds parts layer-by-layer from the bottom up by heating thermoplastic filament. It is one of the fastest 3D printers of its kind. This latest addition to the Minco Group will provide the ability to test conceptual models, produce prototypes and allow our engineers to produce a wide variety of assembly fixtures.
