ASPM Plastic Injection Molding

ASPM is The Minco Group’s high-volume plastic injection molding division, trusted by OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers across the Midwest for consistent, long-term production. Operating from a 202,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, ASPM houses 80 injection molding presses ranging from 55 to 1,100 tons of clamp force. Equipped with the latest technology, ASPM delivers molded part solutions from simple components to complex assemblies across a wide range of markets.

Minco Tool & Mold brings over 60 years of craftsmanship in injection mold design, build, and manufacturing. We provide complete plastic product management support for both domestic and global injection mold programs. Through continuous investment in advanced technology and deep technical expertise, we build high-precision molds for complex parts across demanding markets such as aerospace, defense, and automotive.

Minco Machining & Manufacturing

Minco Machining & Manufacturing provides precision machining for complex, tight-tolerance components across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. Our facility features 14 high-precision CNC machines, including advanced 5-axis milling and EDM systems, machining materials such as titanium, aluminum, graphite, and stainless steel. Working closely with customer engineering teams, we ensure manufacturability and repeatability, with every part validated using on-site CMM and metrology equipment. From prototypes to production, we deliver consistent, specification-driven results on schedule.
