ASPM Plastic Injection Molding
ASPM is The Minco Group’s high-volume plastic injection molding division, trusted by OEMs and Tier 1 / 2 suppliers across the Midwest for consistent, long-term production.
ASPM specializes in molded part solutions ranging from simple parts to complex assemblies. We manufacture in an impressive 202,000 square foot, state-of-the-art injection molding facility, housing 75 presses ranging in clamp tonnage from 55 to 1100.
We partner with manufacturers in a variety of industries including automotive, appliances, and energy who depend on consistency, accountability, and transparent communication.
Our integration with Minco Tool & Mold ensures a seamless tool-to-production handoff, reducing launch risk and minimizing downtime. From materials like ABS, polycarbonate, and nylon to advanced engineering resins, ASPM delivers quality and repeatability every cycle.

Minco Tool & Mold
Minco Tool & Mold, has over 70 years of quality craftsmanship in injection mold making, tooling, and manufacturing. We offer complete plastic product management support for domestic and global injection mold builds. The breadth of our expertise and continuous investment in the latest technology allows us to build injection molds for complex parts in a variety of markets including aerospace, defense, and automotive, where precision, compliance, and uptime matter most.
Every tool is engineered for long-term repeatability, with accuracy down to ±0.001” and tool life exceeding 500,000 cycles. We back each program with documentation and compliance support, covering PPAP, FAIR, and maintenance traceability.
Minco Machining & Manufacturing
Minco Machining & Manufacturing provides precision machining for complex, tight-tolerance components in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. Our state-of-the-art facility features advanced 14 high-precision CNC machines, 5-axis milling and EDM systems capable of handling a wide range of materials, including titanium, graphite, aluminum, and stainless steel.
We collaborate closely with our customer’s engineers during design and prototyping to ensure manufacturability and repeatability. Each part is validated using on-site CMM and metrology equipment for complete dimensional accuracy and traceability. Whether supporting low-volume prototypes or full-scale production, we deliver consistent performance that meets your specifications and schedules.
