Secondary Operations
ASPM is not a typical “shoot-and-ship” molder. We pride ourselves in our ability to tackle difficult applications, materials, and assemblies. Once parts are molded, we have the expertise in a wide variety of secondary operations to further process, improve, and/or inspect the parts we manufacture. Some of these Secondary Operations include:
- Sonic Welding
- Laser Welding
- Vibration Welding
- Heat Staking
- Pad Printing
- Annealing
- Component Assembly
- CNC Machining
- Leak Checking
- Automated Degating
