Minco Tool & Mold is The Minco Group’s specialized division for complex tooling and mold design, build, and repair with over 60 years of quality craftsmanship in injection mold making, tooling, and manufacturing. We offer complete plastic product management support for domestic and global injection mold builds. The breadth of our expertise and continuous investment in the latest technology allows us to build injection molds for complex parts in a variety of markets.

Whether it’s a new mold build, mold repair, or mold refurbishment, our rigorous and thorough approach to each project ensures your mold will be optimized for the manufacturing process. Each plastic injection mold project is powered by work centers equipped with the latest software to provide mold flow analysis and ensure product performance. This includes over 30 seats of Siemens NX and integrated design, manufacturing, and CNC proofing software. We also supply the capability to test your mold on one of 75+ injection mold presses in our injection molding facility.
